Will I jump higher?

YES! Through plyometrics, strength training, and dedication to our program, you will start to see differences in your vertical reach.

Will I run faster?

YES! The speed and agility drills incorporated in our Performance Training Program will definitely increase your explosive first step.

How young and old can I start?

We’ve had athletes from 8 years age to their early 70s.

How many times do I have to train to get the full effects of training?

We recommend training 4x a week to experience the effects of the training, but 1-3x would be enough to reap the benefits to up your fitness and performance level.

I haven’t trained in a while – can I still train?

Absolutely – our training programs are customizable to any fitness level and our coaches are experienced enough to push you where you need to be – meeting you where you are at in fitness and building up from there.

What’s the difference between performance training and Focus 60?

Performance training focuses on core exercise, plyometrics, strength training and sprints to finish off your work out. Focus 60 classes are programmed the same way as one-on-one training but are rather in a group setting.

What do I need / bring to train?

Water bottle, sturdy shoes, gym clothing, your enthusiasm and #focus

Tardiness?

If clients comes in 15 minutes after their scheduled FOCUS 60 class, they will no longer be allowed to join said class. BE ON TIME.

For the 1-on-1 performance training sessions, the coaches will only train the clients in their allotted scheduled time. BE ON TIME.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes. Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your session, otherwise it will be debited.

How long is the session and up to how long can I use the facility?

A session lasts for 60 minutes.

Yes – you are more than welcome to use the facility after your session. Feel free to use the space and equipment provided for your AIS (active isolated stretching), foam rolling, and SMR (self-myofascial release).

How do I book?

You can book your training session with us by calling 893-5427 or calling/texting 0919-615-9217.

Can my team train here?

Yes! We train multiple teams from a variety of sport backgrounds.

Will I be training with the same coach the whole time?

You can train with whichever coach you would like depending on when you book and the availability of the coach!

Do I need a medical certificate if I have an injury?

Yes. You can also see our in-house Doctor, Dr Rich Pasion, for one.

Do you have a nutritionist dietitian I can see?

Yes, upon request. We ensure to make nutrition a delicious and fun part of your lifestyle to complement your performance training.

What are your amenities?

Bathrooms, lockers, showers

Payment plans?

We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Can I freeze my account?

Yes, up to 2 weeks.

PDCs?

Yes, upon approval of amount and management.

What are your nearest landmarks?

We are two buildings from Alphaland Magallanes and right across the GSK office.

Parking?

Yes we do have on premise parking but at times when slots are full we recommend parking in Alphaland for your ease (a 2 building walk away).
